YesnYas strives to go over and beyond to make sure our customers have complete satisfaction. Please be advise that we have a NO RETURN POLICY. If you receive a defective item(s), store credit will be given. Customer will receive store credit minus shipping cost. All sale items including the use of discount codes and gift cards are final and are not eligible for store credit or return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiption and contact us immediately at support@yesnyas.com. the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Customer has 7 days to contact us about any issues. Customer will be responsible for shipping cost to return item(s). Please send proof (image) alone with issue(s) to support@yesnyas.com.
